SHAPESHIFTER WELLNESS

At Shapeshifter Wellness, our mission is to guide individuals through cycles of transformation by nurturing lasting health, spiritual ease, and embodied empowerment. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, the sacredness of birth work, and the insight of spiritual divination, we support holistic healing across every stage of life.

We believe that true wellness is cyclical, intuitive, and personal—evolving with the flows of the body, spirit, and Earth. Through conscious movement, intuitive care, and soul-centered guidance, we help our community reconnect to their innate power, trust their transitions, and shapeshift into their fullest, most vibrant selves.

My Journey

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and later moved to Portland to attend Portland State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with double minors in Public Health and Philosophy. These fields of study continue to shape my holistic approach—reminding me of the importance of integrating mind, body, and spirit into every facet of healing.

After graduating, I stepped into the world of healthcare, focusing specifically on natural medicine and reproductive health. During this time, I performed venipuncture, created custom herbal tinctures, and worked closely with medicinal plants—deepening my connection to Earth-based healing. I also worked intimately with doctors and hopeful parents at an IVF clinic, where I witnessed both the profound vulnerability and incredible resilience that arise during the fertility journey. It was through this experience that I was naturally drawn to doula work—offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to mothers and families. I believe deeply in extending the same compassion and care to others that I offer to myself.

With a desire to expand my ability to serve, I took my yoga practice deeper and traveled to Rishikesh in Northern India—the birthplace of yoga. There, I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, along with an 85-hour Pre- and Postnatal Yoga certification. These teachings grounded me in both tradition and intuition, and they continue to inform how I hold space for others, especially mothers and birthing people. Providing specialized, holistic care is not just my passion—it is a necessary offering to support the wellbeing of our collective.

In addition to yoga and birth work, I have been practicing tarot and astrology for over a decade. Through study, community markets, and private readings, I’ve shared these tools to help others access deeper clarity, insight, and alignment. My relationship with the divine is sacred, and I believe it is part of my dharma to offer that wisdom with humility and grace.

Authenticity is at the core of my practice.
Lead with your heart, and the bounties of life will flow in.
